Dr. Howe was born and raised in Waukon, Iowa. He graduated from the University of Iowa in December, 1981. He received his doctorate degree in Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago in 1986. Since then, he has been providing primary optometric care with an emphasis on contact lenses and co-management of refractive surgery in the Davenport and Bettendorf areas. Dr. Howe has been at the Eye Care Pavilion since June, 1996. His professional memberships include both the Iowa and the American Optometric Associations and the Mississippi Valley Optometric Society.
